It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The holidays are officially upon us, and this year, the season of giving is more important than ever. That’s why the Brea Fire Department is excited to partner with the Boys and Girls Club of Brea to help collect and distribute toys to those in need over the 2020 holiday season. The department is fired up to help make the holidays bright for others in less fortunate situations. Wondering how you can participate in the “Fired Up For Giving” Holiday Toy Drive hosted by the Brea Fire Department? Here’s what you need to know.
Residents or businesses who are in a position to give are encouraged to drop off new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment at any of the four fire stations in Brea, now through December 20. The four locations of the Brea Fire Department include 1 Civic Center Cir., 555 N. Berry St., 200 N. Brea Ave., and 400 N Kraemer Blvd.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, safety precautions will be in place for the donation drop-off. When you arrive at the fire station, a member of the fire department will direct you to the collection box where you can personally place your donation. Thanks to the local community for always giving during this time of year.
