Why we started it
We started Inside Orange County to put local information in one place: events, homes for sale, recent sales, community profiles, tract comparisons, school attendance boundaries, and the other things people ask about when they are comparing one part of North Orange County to another.
Most of it comes out of work we were already doing. After fifteen years working these same cities you pick up details that are not always obvious from a listing. Which tracts have the bigger lots. Which streets back to the freeway. How one association’s rules differ from the next one over. Where the attendance boundaries actually fall, based on what the district publishes.
Inside Orange County is where we publish that instead of repeating it one client at a time.
